straight from the movies

Today i had a movie scene moment...

I was walking to the locker room at Tait and i thought i walked passed a friend. I wasn't sure whether i actually knew him or not so i continued to walk. After a few steps i decided to turn around to see if it was actully him. Coincidently or not he turned when i turned and we exchanged smiles.

It felt like i was in a movie =) LOL it was kind of like when the lead actor and actress cross paths.

It was a SOLID night! By the end of the show i was front row and he HIGH-FIVED me =D WOOT WOOT!!!

What are you thankful for???

I'm thankful for my family! No matter how many we can gather, each and every single one is an unique character and a joy to the family. (1,3,7 close to half the group!) I wonder what it would look like to have a full family shot and what the occasion it would be to bring us all together.

Summit [Oct 1-3]

A place away from the business of the city and the school routine life.

A time of prayer and seeking of His word and guidance.

When 4 universities are brought together, quiet just doesn't cut it. No matter what happened, it was 4x greater (singing, praising, praying, worshiping, cheering, learning...).

From start to end i heard Him talking and telling me to not be afraid. I found the answer to a question i was greatly struggling with all week [greater the sacrifice, great the prize. And the end prize is Him]. The journey may be hard, but it will all be worth it in the end. God had given me signs throughout my week, but He made a home run when i received a candle with the verse from Romans 8:28-31. When i read that verse i was astonished and shocked. God answers prayers and there are no coincidences.

Praise the Lord for a wonderful weekend of fun, making great friends, and getting closer to Him!
